We had our first whole company onsite in November, and I might be biased but it was fantastic. We had exciting presentations from our clinical team on the patient experience and Iron Health provider experience, aligned around data and BI and how it touches each of us as the undercurrent of the business, and had a deep discussion around growth and what’s ahead for Iron. We *might* have had some fun together outside the office, too— a jukebox, bowling, live music, karaoke and pedal taverning around Nashville gave us plenty of opportunity to connect. Bri, our Registered Dietician, even made Iron Health branded cookies from scratch!
