Our operating principles

How our core values come to life.

1
Think big, start small.
We approach every solution with ambition, asking good questions to test the limits of what's possible.  But we don't stop there.  We have a bias toward action and when things get hard, we do what gritty people do— we roll up our sleeves, break down the problem, and find a way to take even the smallest step forward.  Because we know that all those small steps are what bring our big ideas to life.
2
Be our best.
We’re in the business of improving health outcomes so “good enough” will never be good enough. We pursue excellence as our quality standard and view constraints as fuel for our creative fire.  The work we do impacts people's lives and they deserve to have us at the top of our game.  We do what we say we'll do when we say we'll do it— no finger-pointing, no excuses, just our very best work every single day.
3
Foster the safe space.
We act with respect and kindness to create a safe space for delivering comprehensive care and to drive innovation. We value diverse perspectives, cultivate inclusive collaboration, and welcome creative dissent. We understand that every action is an opportunity to build an environment where all of us feel seen, included, and valued.
4
Enjoy the ride, together.
Riding the startup rollercoaster is a team sport. We individually succeed when the team succeeds. Experience the highs with your arms up and the wind in your hair, and the lows squeezing the hand of the teammate next to you while you wait for that next high. Embrace uncertainty and enjoy the ride, together.
