We’re a company on a mission, and today that mission continues in a new light.

2.5 years ago, we set out to address the care gaps in women’s health. We’ve had an eye toward innovating inside the traditional healthcare system, in partnership with OB/GYNs.

We’ve built a novel model of care that provides accessible, equitable, quality women’s healthcare through a virtual care technology platform and multidisciplinary care team— all knitted into the trusted relationship women have with their OB/GYN.

We closed ten commercial enterprise contracts across 6 states within the first 15 months post launch, including a relationship with Privia Health. This provided access to 1M+ women, yielding over 4,000 patient visits to date in an integrated care model including behavioral health, weight management, nutrition, gestational diabetes, primary care and menopause services.

We’ve supported women from 16 to 79, connecting them to providers within 72 hours on average, reducing traditional wait times by up to 600%. We earned a 100% patient recommendation rate, with patients consistently praising our providers' expertise, empathy, and dedication to personalized care. We drove improved health outcomes, seeing patients who graduated from our behavioral health care pathway achieve a 56-65% reduction in symptoms of depression and anxiety, and celebrating as our weight management patients collectively lost 3,485 lbs in 2024 alone.

And now we have been acquired by Metronomic, a digital health startup building innovative patient engagement, telehealth, remote monitoring and care management solutions and services that are changing the paradigm of remote care and service delivery. Materno™, the OB specific care delivery platform they have created, allows OB/GYN clinics to offer integrated remote monitoring and care management services as an extension of the OBGYN clinic.  

Together, Iron Health’s comprehensive women’s health solution and Materno’s maternal health care management solution together create a compelling offering at every stage of a woman’s life, providing an even deeper solution for our customers and our patients.
